Huntington Center Nursery School
Huntington Center Nursery School is designed to enhance the development of the children though social and educational experiences, as well as loving care and attention. We strive to meet the needs of each and every family we serve. The Nursery School provides a relaxed, non-pressured program where children can have fun and learn. Children will have the opportunity to join in active play, field trips, art, group activities, quiet and free time. Our staff is trained to lead activities and manage a group of children while at the same time fulfill the needs of the individual child. Our teachers attend early childhood training on an ongoing basis to enhance the quality of the program. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at the school at 929-7197. Sincerely, Lori Witiak, Director and Gail Matuska, Teacher

Organization Huntington Center Nursery School, formed in 1971, is a nonsectarian, nonprofit nursery school that is operated by a committee of the Huntington Congregational Church. The Committee includes two parents of children in school. Rooms in the church are used each weekday morning from September to June. Administration For information concerning the school, you should call 929-7197 any morning school is in session. If necessary you may also call the Church office (929-1223). Please use the Church office only as a back-up to the school phone. When school is not in session, leave a message on the school's voice mail. We encourage you to call for an appointment to visit the school. We suggest you schedule a short visit (15-20 minutes) during the school day for observation only, and return for an appointment after school hours to speak with our teachers.
